Ramlock Sizing Instructions
To ensure we make the correct Ramlock for your application, we need the length and diameter of the fully extended steering ram's cylinder rod.
Please note: We cannot manufacture the Ramlock without this information. If not provided when ordering, we will contact you to gather the details.
Our Ramlocks are highly effective in deterring theft of almost any hydraulically steered machine, such as telehandlers, tractors, dumpers, and more.
Fitting the Ramlock is quick and easy—it attaches to the fully extended steering ram (on full steering lock) in under a minute. It’s secured with a steel retaining pin and a high-quality heavy-duty box lock. Once locked, the machine can only be driven on full lock, making it impossible to drive away.

To determine the correct Ramlock size, please provide the following details when ordering:
- Machine make and model
- Length of fully extended cylinder rod in mm (minimum 85mm, maximum 400mm)
- Diameter of cylinder rod in mm (minimum 25mm, maximum 65mm)
Please note: the cylinder must be fully extended.
