Cancelling your order
If after completing the purchase process you wish to can your order please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible. It will not be possible to cancel your order if the goods have already been despatched.
If you change your mind
We want to you be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason within 30 days of receipt you wish to return your order or any part of it, please contact us by telephone or email and we will provide you with a return reference number and details of where to send the goods. The cost of postage will be your responsibility and we recommend you use a recorded method.
Goods must be returned with all original packaging and in a resalable condition, If this is not possible then a restocking fee may be applicable.
Once the goods are received and inspected we will issue a refund via your original payment method, minus any delivery charges.
If you believe an item you have received is faulty then please contact us by telephone or email. We will make enquiries regarding any warranty period for the particular item and advise how we can proceed. If a faulty goods claim is approved we will arrange to have the goods collected and resent
at our expense.
Incorrect Goods / Shortage
If you believe you have received incorrect goods or a shortage with your delivery please contact us by telephone or email. If an incorrect/shortage claim is approved we will put the order right at our expense.
