Firstly, hope you are all well in these unprecedented times and managing to stay safe.

As the weeks pass by and we get more details from the Government and the Chief Scientists about how the country is dealing with COVID-19, it is good to see some industries and business start to get back to work. Understandably there needs to be restrictions and controls put in place to provide safe environments for customers and colleagues.

Will this approach become the new normal going forward?
